Swinging this “tool” the proper way for at least 20 times without stopping improves both tempo and timing…and by repeating the “20 swing set” several times during a practice session is like adding fuel to fire👍👍👍
Took me a little getting used to, but I am now seeing positive results.
You have to pause/delay at the endpoint of the Backswing.
Then stay on an inside path towards the ball.

I've been using the Lag Shot now for two weeks. I practice about 3 times a week and play once a week. My score has drop 5 strokes. I shot my first one under par in my life... My swing tempo has improved tremendously.
Wish I had this years ago. I'm 72 years old.
