These clubs are great in so many ways. They are perfect for warming up and stretching out. They remind your body of proper mechanics and tempo during the warm up. My instructor loves to use them during lessons. I wish I would have purchased the wedge too.
Haven’t worked with the driver yet but short Iron play truly improved consistency, accuracy & distance
I have been golfing close to 2 years now and my style of play has always been based on tempo and feel. The Lagshot 7 iron and Driver ensure that I dont get too quick up top (not loading, being too quick leads to chunks/shanks/misses for me). As a side bonus, the Lagshot also has helped me develop an aesthetic swing which I get complimented on almost everytime I'm at the range or on the course ;-)
Nice to hear the Lag Shot Driver and 7 Iron combo are helping you. We're pumped the Lag Shot helped improve the aesthetics of your swing. Cheers!
I bought the driver/7 iron duo. I've only used the 7 iron so far. I watched the 1st 3 videos before using it based on other reviews. At first you have to swing lightly and I used a tee to make it easier to hit. I didn't experience any slicing as was warned in the videos. After about 5 swings I was hitting about 115yds. You definitely feel the lag and it makes you think about lag very quickly. I would say around 10 swings and it made an impact on my swing and definitely my mental thought - I am a lot more conscious of lag. So far I have not noticed any increase in distance yet. I will continue to use the clubs and will provide an updated review when I use the driver. I would recommend just starting with the 7 iron first. If it works for you, then maybe try the driver.
Great feedback Craig! Glad to hear the clubs are working out well for you. Definitely use the driver. We call it the slice killer. The Lag Shot Driver will literally will fixe your slice if you have one overnight. I'd recommend watching the training videos with Adam again especially where he gives you the driver drills.
